The Chef's Table has been pairing fine Italian cuisine with friendly and professional service in Stuart, FL since 2009. Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti & his team create seasonal menus showcasing handmade pastas, choice meats, the freshest local seafood & peak of the season vegetables using classically trained technique.

Understated yet elegant with only 50 seats, the main dining room is centered around a family heirloom, a well loved table, which seats up to six. An intimate space - your home away from home.

    Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent sophisticated dining experience. Lovely and professional service. Outside dining was charming. Indoors is very pretty but needed a little more warmth and music or something to feel more inviting. Overall a wonderful spot. Will definitely be going back!!

    My wife and I dine here often. I’d say it’s one of, if not the number 1 fine dining restaurants in the Stuart/Hutchinson Island area. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in her menu and the chef prepares the food perfectly. The wait staff is extremely professional and their attention to detail is amazing. Needless to say we really love this restaurant.

    Another outstanding meal at the Chef’s Table for my birthday last night. The tasting menu is absolute perfection! Kudos to Chef and his team. We can’t wait to come back!

    we were sat immediately and we asked to move because the smaller room we were in was very bright with the sun reflecting off cars in the parking lot. The hostess was very accommodating. The food was unremarkable. Turkey paninis had little Turkey and the cranberry compote was almost nonexistent. The chicken veg soup was tasteless. One of the specials was spinach ricotta ravioli in a brown butter Sage sauce which was not to the diner’s liking. There was no taste of sage and what a brown butter should taste like, it was a bit watery. Once our food was served, our server never came back to ask how everything was, no refills on water or tea. The music being played was nice, however, way to loud to have a conversation without raising one’s voice. Although the company of friends was delightful, All in all, not a great experience and for the prices and loud music, we will not be returning anytime soon.

    As always, Chef's Table is absolutely delicious... I think it may be the best food in Stuart, I'm never disappointed. This was my first lunch there (previously, I've only been there for dinners) and it was perfect- $15 for incredible quiche (that melted in my mouth) and a salad with a fantastic citrus dressing: a great deal that tasted phenomenal. It's also quiet, which is perfect for a business meeting lunch or for being able to hear your other table mates. Highly recommend!
