Great Sunday Lunch. Welcomed by a friendly face on arrival, taken through to the bar, told about the offers, not only £20 for 2 courses but also £3 a pint and 2 for 1 on cocktails. Beautiful building. Dog friendly in certain areas and a good children’s menu. Food was delicious, service fantastic and excellent value for menu, we will be back.

What a lovely Sunday we had! We sat outside with our puppy under the Gazebos… nothing seemed too much for the staff here as we sat quite far from the house due to practicing socialisation with the dog. The food was delicious as always. I would always recommend Netley for a peaceful experience!

This is a beautiful setting and excellent value, however my Beef was very rare and the food was cold. I had asked for it to be medium and although it was returned it was still rare and luke warm. The staff were very friendly and I would try again but maybe not the beef!

We had a lovely meal at The Clock Tower celebrating our 10th anniversary. The Clock Tower is a high end venue and only a few minor points stopped us giving it 5 stars throughout. The staff are very attentive and friendly but the 3 points that were missed for such a service were: 1, when we were taken from the bar area to the restaurant, we were left to carry our own drinks. I would expect the staff member to arrive with a tray to take our drinks through. 2, I would have expected the waiter to pull out our chairs (or at least the lady's chair) for us to be seated then unfold and drape our napkins across our laps. 3, we were not offered a wine list. These may not be considered major issues but as I say, this is a top notch venue with top notch food and indeed, prices to match consequently, service should be absolutely top notch as well. That said, we had a lovely meal in lovely surroundings. A bit more polishing on the service will get top marks!

What a special find. Full of character, beautiful traditional decor. Set in the ‘Downton Abbey’ era style. One of our favourite places in Shropshire. Lovely will go there more often - for a drink, lunch or dinner. Also good choice of cocktails.

The food was delicious and the people were very friendly. The place was gorgeous lovely grounds Hetley Hall is set in, would visit again.

Helpful and friendly staff, the food was delicious and came out promptly. The manor itself is spectacular and well taken care of by the staff. There were flyers around the venue which intrigued us into taking advantage of the sunshine, and had a delightful stroll through the gardens. We will be back soon.
