Chef Larry Jayasekara has approached the project as a custodian, preserving and enhancing the 4-story building. Classically trained but undefined by any particular style, Larry offers a cuisine that, at its core, is all about the joy of eating. Given his 20 years of experience in fine dining, he has curated relationships with a select list of fishers and artisan producers to source the finest ingredients in Britain and overseas. With access to regenerative mixed farmland in Northamptonshire, The Cocochine kitchen enjoys fruit, vegetables, seasonal flowers and livestock, including game as well as native and rare-breed pigs direct from the farm. The menu features modern and refined dishes such as Tanera Island Poached Langoustine Leek, Morel, Lemongrass and 40-day Aged Rowler Estate Beef Fillet Maitake, Red Wine Jus.
Every element of the restaurant is considered, and the experience, from the outset and throughout, is about personal connection and old-school hospitality.

Went in anticipation of a great evening due to past reviews Fantastic amuse bouche, great starters, but cold, small and no seasoning mains! Nobody bothered to ask us about our mains and staff indigent when we finally spoke to someone 15minutes later. Shocking service. Declined deserts and left due to attitude of Maitre’d. Still changed full price (save desert) despite absolutely ruining our evening and even added service when we clearly had none despite querying the invocie. Paid and left. Amazingly expensive for small amount of food received and I can’t believe the reviews left here before as the evening was nothing like. Never been so insulted in a supposedly top restaurant. Avoid at all costs .

The food is just about right in every way, from amount and portions to delicious taste and presentation. We went on 2 January, so it was nice and quiet. The service was exceptional. It was our second time at the restaurant, and will be back again whenever my wife and I visit London. It was the first time for our 2 friends, and they planned to go back again before their travel back home.

Phenomenal experience from start to end. We sat on the counter overlooking the kitchen and loved it! Highly recommended before if becomes an impossible reservation.
