The drinks list is a masterpiece and has been meticulously curated and designed around the finest method and ingredients. From the clinking of martinis to delicious dishes for lunch & dinner, The Collins Club is a vibrant yet sophisticated space that mirrors what you find on the menu.

Dublin’s sassiest new brunch, where style meets sparkle, and the Mumm Champagne flows like it’s going out of fashion.

Cha Cha Brunch tickets (€38), includes a glass of Champagne on arrival, a delicious brunch dish from our menu, and a Brunch cocktail to keep the fun rolling—all while dancing to the jazzy, soulful sounds!
Our brunch menu will be available on selected Saturdays from 12noon - 4pm in The Collins Club.

    Lovely setting and great food. Only issue was slow service. When we got service it was great…would definitely go back.

    Pitiful plate of a goats cheese mousse, with massive chunks of beetroot which totally overpowered the dish and barely any goats cheese!!!

    The food was really good if a little cold we had a problem which we prought to the attention of the youngMan that served us and he dealt with the issue really well and promptley We will be returning as the food and price is good.
