   I would highly recommend The Crathorne Arms to anyone who may wish to visit for a drink and/or eat and dine there. A lovely establishment set in the village of Crathorne with a good size bar and restaurant area accompanied with quaint interior decor. The quality of food is exceptional and very popular with locals and visitors alike. The Seafood pancakes whether as a starter or mains are fabulous and highly recommended as are many of the dishes on offer without exception. So, if you’re in the surrounding local areas or as a visiting tourist this is a must, but be sure to book in advance to enjoy what it has to offer. Enjoy!!

   Traditional Sunday lunch at its best. Wonderful Sirloin of beef, cooked to perfection. All accompaniments well prepared and served with one of the best Yorkshire pudding I’ve had. We were a table of four and unanimously agreed on the meal. We all had desserts which were also good.

   Excellent food and service. I’d read recent reviews but can confirm our food was really hot. £23 a little expensive for a one course Sunday lunch which may deter some.

   Always a warm welcome, attentive service and delicious options at the Crathorne Arms. Whether you want the best steak dish or something a little different they have it all.

   This was my first visit. I liked the quirky bohemian decor and the range of dishes in the menu. We both enjoyed the food we ordered . However we were seated next to a boiling radiator which made us feel we were in a furnace. We mentioned to a young waiter how uncomfortable it was making us and he said it was a very cold restaurant!!! It made us so hot we left before dessert or coffee. When paying the bill the waitress told us if only we had told her she would have done something about it!!! Not the best experience.

    This restaurant delivers on every front—fantastic food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. The food was the real highlight. Every dish was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and made with high-quality ingredients. Thoughtful preparation and attention to detail were evident in every bite.
