First Course:
- Irish Eggrolls – House-cured shaved corned beef with sauerkraut, hand-rolled and fried in a chef-inspired twist on an all-time favorite.
- Pretzel Bites – Soft Bavarian pretzel bites lightly tossed in sea salt and served fondue style with warm dipping mustard and beer cheese sauces.

- Potato Leek Soup – Organic leeks gently sautéed with mirepoix, infused with spices, herbs, potatoes, and cream.
- Green Goddess Salad – All the colors of the rainbow sit atop a beautiful bed of spring mix in this gorgeous salad served with our citrus-infused goddess dressing.

Second Course:
- Reuben Dip – All the flavors of a Reuben sandwich shine in this spin on a traditional warm spread served with house-baked pumpernickel.
- Irish Boxty – Roasted garlic and chive-infused potato pancakes served with crème fraîche and shaved corned beef.

Third Course:
- Gebbers’ Brisket Corned Beef – House-brined for 8 days, this thick-sliced, melt-in-your-mouth beef is served with traditional colcannon and carrots.
- Irish Bangers and Colcannon Mash – Pan-roasted juicy Irish pork sausages perfectly served with mashed potatoes full of Irish cheddar, caramelized cabbage, and leeks. Served with our house-made root vegetable demi-glace.
- Shepherd’s Pie – A Gamble spin on a favorite! Gebbers’ ground beef slow-roasted with root vegetables and demi-glace, then topped with mashed potatoes and melted Irish cheddar.

Dessert:
- Brownie – This decadent brownie, baked in-house, is topped with luscious mint chocolate buttercream icing.
- Sticky Toffee Pudding – Two layers of sponge cake with a generous helping of dates, topped with rich whipped cream and buttery golden toffee sauce.
