The Dickens is a “one-stop shop” as Hell’s Kitchen’s biggest Broadway Cocktail Bar. A literary-themed multiplex now open for dinner, drinks and dancing. Operated and owned by Vida Verde and PMac’s Hospitality alum Bryan Hannon, The Dickens, on 8th Avenue between 47th and 48th Streets, boasts six different spaces to grab a cocktail, including a first floor cocktail bar and restaurant; low-key hangout The Genie’s Lounge; moody, stylish party venue at the whiskey-themed Studio Bar; The 3D Bar & Lounge; and a top-notch rooftop.

This 90-min show brings comedy, musical numbers, prizes, mouthwatering food & bottomless drinks all together for an experience you won't forget! With the purchase of a Brunch Entree, you can add bottomless mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, frozen drinks & highnoons for 90 minutes for only $25. Please note if you are booking for our Saturday or Sunday 1pm or 3pm Bingo Brunch, seatings and show time are strictly for 90 minutes after which you must move to the bar area. We recommend arriving 15 min early. You will not be seated without your whole party. If you are taking part in the Bottomless Option the entire table must participate.

    Great place for happy hour with friends or pre-theater dinner. Their menu is causal and seems to have something for everyone. They have nightly drink specials which add variety. It's a very warm/friendly vibe.

    Really incredible. Loved Jacklyn Hyde’s performance and singing and our server Daisy kept the mimosas flowing the whole time. We love bringing visitors to the city here because it’s a great location and because the vibes are always immaculate.

    This was an Open Table epic fail. We (two 50-something couples) wanted to have a good, quick dinner before the theater and the recommendations on Open Table were strong so we thought we were set. The people couldn’t have been nicer but the sound was so loud we literally couldn’t hear each other and the table was so small it barely could for drinks. We didn’t end up eating and again the staff was super pleasant but I just want to warn any middle aged-theater goers: this is not a place for us!

    Food was marginally acceptable. Had the Dickens Big Mac. Honestly. Save yourself the trouble and go get the original more widely available burger from that chain. Way better. Service was average. Not good considering how not busy it was the night of the marathon. Why there was music blaring that loud for a handful of people is beyond me. The pictures of the food don’t do it justice. It was sloppy. That’s probably why the lighting is so dim. Disappointing. Should have gone elsewhere.

    The Martini Bar Experience at The Dickens is a must-do. Every martini comes with bottomless fries--and they're good fries--with options to order skirt steak (amazing sauce) or grilled chicken. The full beverage and food menus are also available. Our server, whose names we should have gotten, was attentive, friendly, considerate, and funny. A great night out!

    We made reservations for the martini experience but it was closed for a private party so we had to eat in the main bar which was not what we went there for.
