Part of what makes Snowbird Mountain Lodge so special is our on-site dining and beverage program and we're excited to now share the experience with non-hotel guests!
Whether you're just stopping through, local to the area or staying nearby, join us at the top of the mountain for a four course dinner, featuring seasonally inspired soups, appetizers, entrees and desserts.
Dinner served nightly; advanced reservations required, based on availability. To-go lunches also available.

We sat at a table for two in the bar near the fireplace which was very nice and quiet. The service from Robert (for the two evenings we were there) was exceptional-he was attentive without being overbearing and offered excellent recommendations when it came to drink orders and wine pairings. The food was phenomenal which was a wonderful surprise considering how remote the Lodge is-the first night we both ordered the trout which I am still dreaming about! The four courses were consistently great both nights and the offerings quite extensive so kudos to the owners for hiring an excellent chef and kitchen staff! I would rate our total dining experience five stars and would return again to the Lodge based on solely on the meals & service!

My husband opted for the additional $25 for a ribeye. Definitely not worth it. It was very thin and tough. Our first meal here that was disappointing.

Snowbird Lodge presents itself as a fine-dining experience but I'm afraid to say it is not - and with some exceptions, many of the meals were poor. I believe that there is a lack of skill in the kitchen. They served a breast of duck where the meat was nicely pink but there was no searing on outside at all such that the skin was flabby and the fat beneath it was unrendered. It was clear that many the dishes had been left under heat lamps or similar resulting dried out sauces and dehydrated fish. I think the breakfasts were well below the standards of roadside diner. The list goes on: both undercooked and overcooked vegetables, devilled eggs served as hard boiled eggs halved with salad cream on top and no spices, and worst of all was food served on chipped plates. On Saturday night we were lucky enough to be staying in the lodge when they held one of their 'Wine Dinners'. This was a great idea and works really well to sit on a table with other guests you do not know and enjoy a lovely meal and lots of fine wines. The Lodge brought in a guest chef to cook for this meal and, for me, that is where it all went wrong. Mussels served with a huge piece of toasted French bread that was impossible to eat delicately, steak tartare served on a potato base that was tough and dry and the same duck cooked in the same way as above.

Everyone and everything was great. Adrian did a wonderful job as our server. Erin and the other girl at the front desk were also very helpful. Snowbird is a very special place, with very special people!

We had a lovely dinner at Snowbird lodge last night. We’ve eaten here many times over the years and have experienced a variety of service and food quality levels. Dinner is a 4 course meal with a nice selection of various proteins and vegetarian options. The price is $75. We had cauliflower bisque for the first course, for second course I got the Caesar salad , my husband got the deviled eggs with trout roe. Both were delicious. The salad was not overdressed. My main meal was a beef filet with a hollandaise sauce and truffle frites. The filet was cooked perfectly and generous and the sauce was nice. Unfortunately, they were way over salted. As were the truffle frites. My husband got the pork ribeye which was very tender and tasty, again over salted. With salt provided on the table there’s no reason to over season the entrée with too much salt. I still cleaned my plate and was very happy with the meal otherwise. There were 4 or 5 dessert choices. I got the gluten free chocolate cake with ice cream. Very good! Zach took good care of us and was a nice young man. The dining room is comfortable and well decorated with a rustic theme. The views from the patio are spectacular. I recommend dining there for an elevated experience. If you’re not a fan of copious salt just ask them to go easy on it. It may just be a personal preference.

The location is outstanding!! The Service especially Erin at the front Desk and Dave with the kitchen/waitstaff. They went out of their way to assist in making our stay special! We will be returning as soon as we can.
