Inspired by the British coastline and countryside, Executive Chef Ryan Lister is excited to bring a taste of his culinary roots to downtown Toronto. Serving lunch, dinner and Sunday roast, The Dorset offers patrons a myriad of ways to enjoy seasonal, contemporary British cooking and cocktails.
Embark on a culinary journey inspired by the British coast and countryside with Taste of The Dorset, our exquisite tasting menu spotlighting your choice of flavour packed meats, succulent seafood and seasonal delights. Choose from three courses for $79 or four courses for $95 and dine with us Monday through Saturday from 5pm. To further enhance your fine dining experience, enjoy curated wine pairings designed to elevate each dish (+$45 for three courses and +$60 for four courses).

As integral to British culture as it is to Executive Chef Ryan Lister’s heritage, Sunday roast guarantees a meal with bold flavours, textures, and sauces. We serve each plate with roasted potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and pan gravy. And because you can’t have too much of a good thing, all roasts (not just beef!) include Yorkshire pudding—because in our kitchen, the rules are meant to be broken.
