The Edge is an upscale dining destination conveniently located near Shore points. The design is a stunning combination of reclaimed wood, steel and leather with a gorgeous custom-made bar and lounge. A communal table, fireplace and cascading water walls create an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy. A New-American menu, highlighting locally sourced and sustainable classic dishes, seafood and prime cut meats infused with Latin and Asian accents. The Edge has an impressive wine list with many American and global selections. In addition to serving signature and classic handcrafted cocktails by our mixologists, the bar is stocked with an extensive list of single malts, blended whiskies, rye, bourbon, rum, gin, tequila, mezcal and some of the finest cognacs, armagnacs and other brandies. To complete all this we are proud to serve local, domestic, premium imported draft and bottled beers.

Service was poor. When we sat, no one came over to us with water for 10-15 minutes. Service seemed uncoordinated with busboys walking aimlessly. They need training and a manager.

First time eating at The Edge restaurant. It did not disappoint. The first time we go to a new restaurant, we order a burger. We figure if they can’t cook a good burger then we don’t go back. We had the best burger!! We are definitely going back!! The restaurant is very cozy and inviting. Our server, sierra was wonderful. Great experience and would recommend highly!

Always enjoyed going at yge Edge, especially for special occasions. During my reservation, I specifically indicated on my reservation that it was my husband's birthday. At NO TIME was that even mentioned. I was hoping that when we ordered dessert , it would be observed, but alas NOTHING except here's the check, where the money. Opportunity missed for return business.

An upscale restaurant and bar with weekend entertainment. Dinner entree price range is $18-$60, daily specials. We went during lobster night; Lobster tacos and lobster ravioli were the best outside Cape May.

I have been to the edge many times and overall had positive experiences and enjoy going there. Although on Christmas Eve when our 4 meals came out portions were cold. The chicken Marsala dish was entirely cold. We notified the waiter immediately. The waiter took the dish back and said he'll have a new one prepared. By the time the chicken marsala came back we had all finished our dinner. worse off it was reheated and not a new dish, also the mushrooms were missing from the plate. the waiter said he will have the dish removed from our bill and apologized. When we got our bill the chicken marsala was still on there. The waiter explained the manager said its their policy reheat the dishes, and since my wife ate the chicken it would not come off the bill. The manager did not bother to come over to the table to inquired about the experience at The Edge as they normally do. This is not a bargain basement establishment but treated a customer as it was. Disappointed, really ? over 25 minutes to reheat a dish and basically tell us it is what it is>

First time eating here. Service was very slow. Waited a very long time for appetizers, then again for main course. Waiter was very nice but was not his fault took food so long to come out. Biggest complaint was the music was so loud. I felt like I was in a nightclub instead of dining with family. The menu is also very limited.

Had an amazing night tonight at the Edge for Christmas Eve. Our server was excellent and extremely nice and the food was delicious and the drinks were tasty. Loved every single second of being there. Thanks again for a great Christmas Eve dinner..

The Edge is our favorite local restaurant and it adds to the culinary offerings in the area. We have been coming on a regular basis for many years, since they opened. We noticed many new faces among the waitstaff (our waiter, Eric, was actually working his first night and did a great job!). Our shared appetizer of brussel sprouts was excellent, tasty and well charred. Carol chose the Chicken Fontina and I chose the Short Ribs. Our only concern was the amount of time we waited for our entrees. A minor point, to be sure. The place was quite busy and the bar was packed. Carol chose the Liberty School Cab while I decided to try the Edge Old Fashioned - a good choice. The entertainment was very good (Shore Bet) - they mixed things up during their first set and we ended up staying for another drink. All in all, a good dining experience.
