   I went to The Edison to celebrate my birthday. The ambience reminded me of a really nice speakeasy and the singers dressed like they were in the 1920’s. I received a special birthday shoutout and they sang a favorite song of mine! Our waiter was both funny and helpful; giving recommendations on what we should try at Disney and sticking around to have light conversation with everyone at the table! The food was really good! I had the New York Strip and it was cooked perfectly! My only complaint would be the spinach dip was way too cheesy but other than that, The Edison is the place to be for a nice dinner and show!

   This is such a cool place. The hostess was kind enough to move our table to line of sight of the show. The imposter was good but needed a bit more sauce. The salmon was great. The staff was first rate. Great place to have dinner and one of our favorites

   The food in the service were outstanding. Sadly, we did have an issue with the amount of time we had to wait and the seating situation. Other than that, this is a must do when you go to Disney Springs.

   It’s exactly what you’d expect from a Disney restaurant. Prices are steep, and you’re definitely paying a premium for the ambiance and location. If you go in knowing you’ll likely overpay, the quality of the experience makes it easier to justify. Overall, The Edison delivers on amazing food, stellar service, and unforgettable decor. Just be prepared for Disney-level pricing.

   Always a fun time after a day at the parks or on an off night at DS. The food and ambiance /entertainment are top notch! The Edison is a staple for us when we come to Orlando.

   This place was really good. We asked to change tables, and it was no problem. The waiter, Dan, recommended a drink and it was delicious. The Electro-fries were amazing as well. The burger was outstanding and my chicken was good too. The service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

   This restaurant could be great if it fixed a few issues that take away from the wonderful entertainment and overall ambience. First, the food was all very delicious. Highly recommend the Edison burger and grilled cheese with tomato soup. We also loved the bacon and pickles. The cocktails were also well done. We sampled the absinthe flight and it was a fun experience. Now for the bad, it was obvious this place is understaffed. It took quite a long time to be seated after being called for our reservation. We waited quite a long time before a server came to the table. Once she came to the table she was lovely but it was clear she was serving a lot of tables by the amount of time it would take her to get back to us to take drink orders, appetizers, ECT. We ordered the absinthe flight and waited forever because they only have one water brouilleur. To be fair, I don't believe it's a popular item to order and Disney springs is very busy. So all could be forgiven. What can't be forgiven was the seating that has a large brick wall which obstructs the view of entertainment. They had a small TV behind our table we could turn around to watch which was uncomfortable. Why wouldn't more TVs not be put up so we could all see the performance?!! Additionally, it's so loud you can barely hear the performers. I made reservations for my father's birthday with the intention of dinner and live music and paid to stare at a wall and hear the conversation next to us. I asked the hostess if we could move to a different table for our occasion and was told no. The whole point of coming here is for the cocktails and entertainment. We were dissatisfied with this.

   Wow! First time here and we will for sure be back! My 17 month old loved it, super entertaining, atmosphere was amazing, food was great! We had a great dinner. The grilled cheese was to die for !!
