1875年築の歴史的なイタリア様式の建物を利用したExchange pub + kitchen （エクスチェンジパブ+キッチン）は、オーナーのIan Hallのカジュアルで温かみのある近所のガストロパブです。バー（15席）、ダイニングルーム（120席）、屋外カフェ（16席）、プライベートなダイニングスペース（50席）があり、様々なダイニングオプションを提供しています。エグゼクティブシェフRobert Templeは、季節に合わせてメニューを変更することに焦点を置いています。キッチンは地元産の製品や食材を中心に利用し、オープンキッチンではシェフの料理の腕前が見られます。12種類の生ビールと12種類の瓶ビールをローテーションするバープログラムは、アメリカのクラフトビール醸造所により取り上げられています。バーのスタッフが自家製のシロップ、ビターズ、高級スピリッツを使用したカクテルを作っています。新しくエキサイティングなワインを提供するため、ワインリストには小さなブティックのワインを揃えています。料理とドリンクのメニューは季節ごとに変わります。

    We had a great meal at The Exchange. It wasn’t our first and will not be the last. We always have a great experience. Food, service and drinks are always good!! We have never been disappointed!

    Mostly good with some flaws. We started with the meatballs-absolutely NO flavor! The sauce tasted like someone opened a jar of grocery store marinara sauce & forgot to add seasoning. The meatballs were mushy & tasted like a lot of filler. There were 3 in the order ($17) and we brought 1home that I will try to make edible! Thankfully the meal was better! Hubs ordered the voodoo chicken and it was good. I had the steak frites and steak was cooked perfectly. Fries needed to be hotter(not sure if were finished cooking before the steak was ready) We shared the brownie for dessert-good and very rich! Service was decent-we had to wait a bit for bill

    Great place to eat. Very popular spot on a Saturday at 11:30. Food was delicious, will definitely be back.

    2nd time visiting. Extremely poor service! Food was brought out several minutes apart. Party of 4, one entree was brought out 5 minutes before the other entrees. The last entree came out 15 minutes after all the others. Have never been to a restaurant where the entrees didn’t all come out together. Reservations were at 6:30 and we didn’t leave the restaurant until 8:30 due to extremely poor service. Only positive was that they comped our meal. Our 1st time going there was great so hopefully this was a one time issue.
