Located right at the heart of the local Leyland community, the Gables is a beautiful red bricked former doctor's house, which is the perfect place for every occasion. We're serving up delicious pub favourites for all the family to enjoy and we pride ourselves on having the best Sunday roast around, served with a choice of meats and all the trimmings! The bar is packed with proper cask ales, world & craft beers and your favourite ciders. and you're spoilt for choice is gin is your thing!

Well greeted by the staff, good choice of food and drinks. Great service and food which was excellent was served hot and well presented.

I'm sorry but we had a large booking with pre booked food order and most people were waiting over 2 hours for their food

Food was lovely, the staff were attentive and friendly and we had a nice time throughout. Will definitely be returning

They don't use this website, therefore no table was booked (man behind bar was a pleasure to deal with though). Poor service from website who have been told they don't accept online bookings anymore.

Don’t book through Open Table! Seemed easy to do, got several emailed and text confirmation, even one one the day asking me to confirm we were going. Turned up and they didn’t have our booking. Luckily it was a week night and a nice young man told us they could fit us in. Apparently the manager has access to open table and hadn’t passed the booking on. The staff were very friendly, food was ok but nothing special.
