   The Garden Room exceeded our expectations! I saw mixed reviews online but I wanted to experience the restaurant for myself so I took my daughter for her birthday. The entire experience was amazing from the valet, front desk host that escorted us to the restaurant all the way to our server. Chris was fantastic and we would recommend anyone looking for a nice upscale brunch experience to dine at The Garden Room!

   I am not the type or person to be writing reviews but this one won a good one. Received a message saying reservations was ready, got a table and sat there for over 35 minutes and nobody offered not a bit of water, meanwhile the people sitting next to us (that got there 20 minutes after us ) were getting their appetizers served, so unorganized and poor management. There was another couple next to us complaining about the same situation, as I was making my way out the manager was informed and asked if we wait 5 more minutes he was going to send someone to take care of us but I was already irritated and wanted leave. Manager provided his information for “next visit “.I was expecting so much more from this restaurant and was more than disappointed, I’ve gotten better service at fast food restaurants at midnight than this place.

   The Garden Room has a beautiful ambiance; however the menu and food options are subpar. There weren’t many options for me to choose from. I was looking forward to ordering the carbonara pasta but the only option available was a table side (large) portion for $75.

   I typically don’t leave many reviews as the majority of my dining experiences are pretty good. If not, mgmt always attempts to accommodate/rectify the situation. I can appreciate the ability to recover. None of us get it right the every time. Our server was wonderful. She was pleasant, responsive, and helpful. One of the items we ordered were the TGR nuggets. These are the absolute driest & hardest nuggets I’ve ever had in my life! I understand they’re supposed to be crispy, which would give them more of a crunch, but the breading was so thick that biting into them almost hurt my gums! And I’m not kidding… I thought perhaps they were just overcooked and asked the server to have them redone. She returned with them in the same basket and said the chef said that’s the way they are-or they can just take them off the bill. Not what I would have expected from an establishment such as this. I dine personally and professionally quite well and quite often. I didn’t like the response. Didn’t want to cause a fuss so we kept them. I’m including pictures. You be the judge. Drinks were good. Atmosphere is lively and fun. Food is mediocre. Service was great. Warning don’t order these.

   Came here with my friends at brunch time for a monthly catch up, the ambiance was great as usual. Absolutely beautiful interior. The food was outstanding, everything we ate was great. We had the lobster rolls, duck and waffles, salmon Benedict, cucumber salad, and the French toast! Our salmon Benedict order was messed up, but our server (Liv) was so extraordinarily kind enough to have it fixed and gave us the French toast + shots on the house which was absolutely fantastic. Sweetest gesture!! Overall we had a great time!

    Wonderful ambiance and the food is really good. It’s just really expensive for what you get. No regrets going there at all however. It was a delightful experience.
