The Grand Central is a historic bar and restaurant, located on O'Connell street in Dublin's city centre in close proximity to the Spire, GPO, St Mary's Cathedral, 3arena, temple bar and much more. The menu serves a selection of delicious International dishes in an iconic surrounds of 19th century Dublin.

The dining is in a relaxed café style bar perfect for both lunch and dinner. The Grand Central also offers private dining and party facilities for diners.

Great fact! The Grand Central was home to Ireland's first radio broadcast on the 25th of April, 1916!

Had a great lunch here. Burger was really nice. Staff were friendly, efficient and very accommodating and helpful.

We booked a table for dinner and drinks for 7:30, at about 7:35 while still waiting for a member of the party to arrive we asked if they could take our order as the kitchen was closing now. We informed them we were waiting for someone, the waiter left without asking or offering to take a drink order. When we did order food and drink the food arrived before the drink, we were offered a dessert menu as the kitchen was closed.

Booked a table on Open Table for 8pm at the Grand Central Dublin for myself and my 83 year old mother for dinner. We arrived and were told that the kitchen closed at 8pm hence the 1 star rating!! Went to the Arlington and had a lovely meal and great service.

If you accept bookings at 7:30 don't close the kitchen at 8, and if you do tell the clients in the restaurant, we were served our starters and main dishes at the same time and couldn't order deserts. 30 minutes after we arrived... poor waiter was so embarrassed
