Service was incredible! Came for my 1st anniversary, and they were nothing but kind, attentive, and constantly reminded us of how welcome we were. We will definitely be returning.

Great atmosphere with superior service including the piano player. Impressive wine list but the entrees fell short a bit. We will certainly return because we know it was just a busy night.

Very disappointing. Service was slow and uninformed, NY strip (not cheap) overcooked, halibut watery and tasteless, room too noisy to have good conversation, and we were charged $4 for splitting a salad, not told ahead. Dessert exceptionally good, but by that time we were bummed. This restaurant does not live up to its high rep. Whether it's management, staffing, cook staff, the potential patron should beware that the experience may not meet expectations.

This was a special night for us. We were visiting Tucson after moving from there 2 years ago. We’ve always had a great experience dining at The Grill, however this night was not the case. We decided to both get the prime rib special and what a mistake that was. It was the toughest piece of meat we had ever had, to the point that we could hardly cut through it. Not sure what the Chef was thinking, but it’s outrageous to pay that kind of money for something that is such poor quality.

Hacienda del Sol is special. It is the one “must do” of every visit to Tucson. We dine here the last night night of our vacation as it caps a perfect visit. Food, atmosphere, service are excellent.

One of the fine dining places in Tucson. Always a treat. Lovely ambiance. The food was delicious. We particularly liked the delicious soup, but my French wife also loved the lobster risotto and I loved the osso buco, one of my favorite dishes from Milan.
