                                                        Fantastic server - older gentleman but I can not recall his name. The food and cocktails were fabulous and delicious. The martinis are on special so we had cosmo, lemon drop and dry martini. e dined during the lunch menu was which a great price. And, valet parking is free if you have your parking ticket validated.

                                                        The evening was just right. Drinks, then appetizers and our meal were spaced out perfectly. Mason our server did a good job and was outgoing and seemed to like his job. Windsor Court is a high end hotel and the Grill Room compliments it well. I only gave a 4 star rating not for the service or food but the price point is about 15% above other NOLA fine dining restaurants.

                                                        The food is good but very expensive. The service started excellent and then diminished, water server never approached to refill our water. We were staying in the hotel, so decided to go their after Galitoire’s was closed on Jan 1, 2025

                                                        Worst service we’ve ever experienced ever at a restaurant!! At our table for over an hour before we even got bread. Only a glass of water for over an hour. Our waiter was horrible. No one seemed to care. Other diners were in same predicament and complaining. For New Year’s Eve, it was a joke.

                                                        Excellent service! From the hostess to the waitstaff and managers, as well as the valet! There was always someone stopping by to check on our table and making sure we had everything we needed. We always looking forward to having lunch at The Grill Room!

                                                        Once again,all my expectations were met!! The food, the wine, the ambiance,second to none! My man Tristan provided excellent service and Christine was lovely,elevating my experience by introducing me to Chef Alex,who sadly was finishing his tenure at the Grill Room. I can’t wait to see what my next visit brings!!

                                                        The Grill Room ambience at The Royal Windsor Hotel is elegant and indulgent for Christmas dinner. Menu choices and food quality are perfect. With the exception of very poor service by our one server, our family Christmas dinner was all that we expected from this upscale dining experience. Our server was polite but indifferent and not attentive, maybe uncaring… With bread plates empty through our meal, we finally asked for bread and another server provided it. We only saw our server twice during the meal — and when he brought the check, it was for hotel guests with an outrageous 22.5% tip added! Obviously we changed the tip to what the server actually deserved… Aside from this inconsistency from The Grill Room, our family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas dinner, and we recommend all NOLA visitors to enjoy a fabulous dining experience here anytime.

                                                        My only issue is that we had a reservation and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated with a reservation.. Other than that, the food and service were very, very good.

                                                        Such a wonderful experience. Calm, unhurried meal. Excellent food, lovely setting. Edgar took excellent care of us. One of our favorite places for brunch. Today was no different.
