As a way to offset rising costs associated with the restaurant (food, beverage, labor, benefits, supplies), we have added a 3% surcharge to all checks. We do this in lieu of increased menu prices. Everyone may know about Disney Springs or even City Walk but if your looking for a great area that has great restaurants and an amazing vibe check out the Pointe even more specifically Hampton Social. Beautiful place with amazing food. When you come you MUST try the clam chowder! It is a day later and I wish I had bowl to go back to Atlanta with! I will be back for sure.

They charged 20% “service” charge and also expected a tip. Service was slow but pleasant. Would have tipped 20% at most

The place was nice, but they sat us around 2 different friend groups that were extremely loud. Managers came to check on us because they can see the destain from our faces and us being on a date. Overall food was amazing the waiter was kind food came out fast just wish to have sat in a better area.

Food was great but our server was awful. We would’ve been understanding if they were short staffed and we would’ve been notified but the server just stood by the bar. Never checked on us. I ordered something and it was passive agressively brought to the table next to me. My friend ordered a condiment and was brought the wrong one, twice. On top of that 20% gratuity was already included, if it was up to us we wouldn’t have left more than 10%. We notified the manager but nothing was really done to accommodate us for our bad experience with the service. Would think long and hard before coming here. Can get the same food with better service elsewhere.
