    One of the best roast dinners I’ve had in a while! Shared beef and chicken which were both cooked to perfection! The flavours in the meal were unmatched and nothing was too overpowering. Also received brilliant and friendly service which really enhanced the whole experience. Staff full of smiles and a nice cosy pub ambiance. Had a great time here and will definitely be returning!! :)

    What a lovely experience- yummy food & great service . Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch & can understand why your chicken schnitzel is so popular .

    Really enjoyed my lunch at the Hawke. Service was welcoming and very friendly. The cheeseburger and pickled mussel starters were delicious, but the roast was absolutely top tier (both chicken schnitzel and beef) and the best I have had in a long time. Would highly recommend!

    One of my favourite pubs in the area for a Sunday roast. Relaxed setting, great selection of drinks and banging food. The chicken schnitzel roast was excellent, as was the ribeye beef.

    Unfortunately we ordered the last roast beef. It was fairly early 5pm sitting ? but they said they’d run out of the lamb and beef , then it turned out that there was one beef left. It was tough and inedible and the gravy was watery. Very disappointing.
