Nestled in the heart of Brighton’s historic quarter, the brick-paved Lanes, The Ivy Asia Brighton is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and much more.

Savour a menu as rich and varied as the diverse cultures that span the continent of Asia. With pan-Asian classics alongside incredible vegetarian and plant-based options, there’s something to please all. Expect a range of Sushi and Sashimi as well as small plates such as Pork and Kimchi dumplings, Spinach and Mushroom Gyozas or large plates such as smoking BBQ Lamb Chops and Slow-cooked Pork Belly.

Food was absolutely amazing, was asking to many times and too often if we wanted to order and felt rushed. Great selection of cocktails but the wine was unnecessarily expensive. Whispering Angel, in Waitrose is £20, The Ivy charged us £80 😬

Worst ever Ivy Asia experience. Dreadful service. One of 5 meals arrived after reminders as other 4 finishing. Bottle of wine arrived near end of meal so half bottle taken home ! That’s a 1st. Vastly over priced. Beautiful venue but well below par.

Overall we really enjoyed our experience, would have been 5* throughout but for the following, 1) Time between courses was too short, we were only have way through a cold course when our first hot selection was presented, not only did this mean that the hot course was not at its best when we started to eat it, there was not enough space on the table. Potentially, it would have been nice to be asked if we were ready for our next course. 2) Music, this went from being really pleasant, with DJ and saxophonist to being overloud, to the point you couldn't hear staff explaining food and taking drinks orders.

Decor it’s just stunning which made it for me. Food was delicious if rather pricy given the size of the portions. Visited on a Saturday at 6pm - service was very slow and servers were not very friendly and were just doing the basics. Didn’t offer more drinks, knife and fork etc. the music was quite lowkey when we arrived but seemed to get louder as time went on and the place had more of a. Club vibe. We would have preferred it to be a bit quieter. Something to be aware of if visiting on a Saturday. First time visit which we enjoyed on the whole but wouldn’t want to go again as my curiosity has been satisfied.

Really great food, obviously more expensive than some restaurants but worth it. Small table for 8 of us - bit of a squash! Would have helped if empty glasses etc had been cleared more promptly. However, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were not rushed at all either - in there for over 3hrs for a long lunch, it was perfect!

Thank you all for a great customer service! Brilliant food and well presented. We had the premium experience menu and we loved it. Lots of different dishses to try. Love the prawns and the black cod xx Dessert is beautiful. Staff is lovely and are all working hard so the customers have a great experience! Thank you so much xx we shall return for more yummy ,amazing, delicous food xx 10/10
