    A very different experience to the last time I visited. The staff were all over the place. The food was over done. Even the dog eared menus comes across as a venue that has given up on customer service and value.

    Great atmosphere in the restaurant. Enjoyed the small plates option. 5 between 2 people is perfect. A little pricey but great experience as you'd expect for central london

    My first visit and it was great. The restaurant is beautiful, the service top class and the food sumptuous. Obviously it is pricey but for such a place it is expected. Good to business lunch or a friends get together or a date night. It’s worth the money spent.

    I booked a table to celebrate my birthday and picked this restaurant to celebrate it at as I had a pleasant experience when visiting previously. I requested to if possible have a nice table near the pink tree or just a nice table overall. We received a table that was against a wall not anywhere near the tree but instead we received a table under the aircon which was really cold and also against a wall next to the kitchen which was so loud and all you could hear was banging of the kitchen plates and just really loud kitchen noise. This really put down my day and my birthday experience and I feel like my request was ignored as there was multiple tables under the tree that was empty but we received the one we did. We had to wait really long for the table too at the bar before we even got seated. The food took really long and it felt like our waiter kept forgetting about us. I was really disappointed with this experience and disregarded especially as I chose this place to celebrate my birthday.

    The service left a lot to be desired. Whilst my friend really enjoyed the sushi, my duck salad contained very little duck. Would I go there again? No. Would I recommend the restaurant? No. Was it good value for money? No. Especially the service charge that was applied, which was too high for terrible service. We had to ask 3 times for our bottle of water.

    Our waiter had no idea of the menu we ordered. The food was so salty and steak was dry and overcooked after asking for rare. Made to wait at bar for table (even though our table was free and in sight. Nice decor, but that was the only good thing about it. Was expecting so much more. What a disappointment! Inexperienced staff and poor food. We will not be returning.
