    It was a Wed evening and very busy. The service was good and the food excellent. A bit noisy as there was live music and all the people talking above the noise level. The decor is very good and tables arranged well.

    We had to wait half an hour for our table. Drink whilst waiting was put on the bill. One main dinner had to be returned as wasn’t warm. This dish was taken off the bill. Service was slow and waitress disappeared for parts of the evening. We were in there two and three quarter hours

    Lunchtime special which made it value for money, service impeccable. Food good quality and lots of veggie choices. Would definitely go again on a deal

    Good staff, good menu choices, good drinks options and the variety of the dishes ordered were all very good in presentation and execution, which made for a very enjoyable dining experience.

    Fantastic place to eat and fantastic food. Some of the staff - particularly the one who showed us to our table didnt look us in the eye and rather made me feel as though they would rather that we were not there! The food came exceedingly quickly - circa 7 mins after we ordered and whilst it was delicious - we felt as though we were being rushed out? I dont think i would recommend the Ivy in Bath currently - although this is probably our 5/6th visit

    On our recent visit, me and my partner had a 3 course meal. I thought the food was great, the food came not too sluggish as described by some customers knowingly it was mobbed as it was bank holiday. Felt being rush in the end and I didn't manage to finish my pudding. Also I think it's a bit cheeky to include the "tip" w/o obtaining your customer's consent. If you're in the US its fine but in the UK, I dont think so. This actually put me off of coming back.
