The Private Room at The Ivy Chelsea Garden seats 30 on one long table, or 24 on three round tables of 8, and is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks and canapé receptions for 50 guests, 7 days a week.Decorated in a similar style to The Ivy Chelsea Garden, the walls of The Private Room are adorned with colourful vintage botanical prints and sumptuous floral artwork. The bespoke patterned white Carrara and Fior de Pesco grey marble tiled flooring, eclectic mix of vintage dining chairs upholstered with bold floral and palm printed fabric and hanging gilt leaf pendants add a touch of glamour to the room.With a selection of menus available, specially created by our Executive Chef, Sean Burbidge, The Private Room is equally as suited to private parties and wedding celebrations as it is for corporate breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is a beautiful marble top private bar decorated with bevelled antique mirror panels and trimmed brass.

外観も素晴らしいですが、レストラン内も別世界に入ったかのようなすばらしさでした。サービスもよくお食事もリーズナブルかつどれを食べてもおいしかったです。どの国の方でもきっと美味しいと感じる味付けだと思います。帰りにuber の呼び方がわからなかったのですが、受付の店員さんが親切に手取り足取りアプリの使い方を教えてくれたのも感激です。これからロンドンに行かれる方にすすめたいお店です。

Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait for a very long time. We’ve been looking forward to afternoon tea, but It became a very disappointing memory.

We often take breakfast at The Ivy Chelsea Garden and in the past I have posted glowing reviews. However on this occasion I cannot do the same. We were seated at our table in a pretty quiet area for a long time without being approached at any time by a server to place our order. We were being completely ignored. As this was breakfast, the ordering was going to be a fairly simple affair. Despite our best endeavours, we were unable to catch the eye of any servers and had to resort to getting up from our table and seeking assistance from one of the individuals standing chatting behind the bar. When he took our order he got it wrong so that when the food was delivered, my partner was handed a full plate containing some items she had specifically said she did not want! Whilst other diners were offered glasses of water, we were not! Throughout our stay we mentioned several times to staff that we considered the service to have been poor but it made no impact! We were met with a shrug of indifference. I am afraid that notwithstanding our many previous and acceptable experiences at this restaurant, we will give serious consideration to whether we will dine there again.

Had the most amazing lunch/ brunch here on NYD. After coming here in summer and being in the industry myself I knew this is the place I would want to bring guests. The food was all great, the beef filet exceptionally good and cooked to perfection. The service at the start could have been better but Kim the manager/ GM? saved the day. He was compassionate, friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you to all the team who made such a special occasion so memorable and big shout of to Kim ❤️ happy new year team and thank you.

I recently celebrated a birthday with friends at The Ivy, and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the high expectations set by the restaurant's reputation. We booked our table a few days in advance and informed the staff that it was a special occasion. We were seated promptly at 6:30 PM, and after ordering water and wine, we decided to start with a cheese soufflé. We requested bread from one waiter, but after waiting a while without receiving it, we asked another waiter for it instead. When our main courses arrived, I was pleased with my fish, but my friend's turkey dish was very dry, making it difficult for her to enjoy. Just 1hour 15 minutes after we were seated, a gentleman approached our table at 7:45 PM and asked us to leave because they had more bookings. This was surprising, especially since we had only been at our table for an hour and fifteen minutes. My friend expressed her concern about her uneaten, dry turkey dish, and we returned the plate. I explained to him that we hadn’t been there long, but he insisted we could move to the reception area if we wanted to continue our evening, perhaps ordering another drink. We reluctantly move. We didn't have dessert or any additional items which usually Resturant bring 🍰 with candles. Upon reviewing the bill later, I noticed that although my friend's turkey dish, which she could not eat, and asked for it to be removed, we were still charged for it at first and only received a discount of £19.99. Additionally, we were charged twice for the bread, which we only had a single slice of. Overall, this experience was not what we hoped for, especially for a birthday celebration. It's disappointing when a restaurant known for its ambiance and service does not deliver, particularly when accommodating special occasions. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.

We were amazad by the Art Deco-inspired ambiance as well as the devoted, professional and very knowledgable service delivered by our waitress & sommelier Carolina. An unforgettable experience!
