   Third time there and probably the last time. Service is not very tentative. Our breakfast was served to us and plates were left finished at the table for over 20 mins. Nobody came at any stage to check on us, ask if we wanted anything else or followed on at the end if we wanted more tea/coffee/cake after. We got tired waiting so just decided to call for someone and asked for bill. They didn’t even ask us how it was or if we wanted anything else. Just handed bill and I even had to ask if we could pay. It was getting boring …. Meanwhile one of the main people running the dining room was giving out to staff.

   Accepted booking for 10.30 for dinner and rang at 10 saying the kitchen closed at 10.30 so to come earlier. Rushed through ordering and then steaks were not cooked properly and kitchen had closed so took another 30 mins before replacement main came again and then another 20 mins for sides. Staff were very nice but very poor experience overall especially given the cost. Didnt help that the staff reported back that chef said the steak was cooked properly 'but' they were still willing to accomodate us. Dont accept bookings if you cant cater for them.

   There was a long wait for a table (almost 40 mins) even though we had a booking then we were told food would be another 30 min wait! Disappointing

   It was absolutely amazing 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. We loved every minute of it very well looked after bye very cheerful lady called Monica The rest of the evening just got better food service all I can say is exquisite.
