    Excellent service. Food delicious, first time I have tried the Winchester branch and wasn’t disappointed. Despite being busy the waiter checked lots of times whether I needed anything. Everything delivered with a smile

    Always good service food etc. have had some experiences (not this Ivy) with Ivy where food hasn’t been hot but all good here, live there fish and chips

    We were very warmly welcomed. We were comfortable, the service was first class, the food delicious, the waiter and everyone were professional and naturally allowed us to chat and to enjoy every moment at The Ivy, Winchester! Thank you, Susan.

    Very pleasant ambience and excellent waiting staff, but the menu is very limited fir someone who has to avoid more than one allergen.

    Arrived on time for our pre-booked Afternoon Tea and had to wait 40 minutes for it to arrive to our table. Still a lovely afternoon but could have been better service and attendance to customers.
