Located just moments away from the main drag of Clapham Common, The King & Co has rapidly become well-known as as a local independent pub with a difference since first opening in September 2014. Our kitchen mission is simple: to bring you a taste of London’s best streetfood and pop-up chefs through our popular series of rotating residencies. This keeps the menu fresh and exciting, guaranteeing that its worth booking a table to avoid missing out. Basque tapas, Japanese comfort food, Seychelles curries and Scandinavian-inspired smoked fish, we’ve had it all and more besides. The service was the best I have received in a long time and would return for that alone even though there are plenty of other things -such as a great beer selection - to come back for.

The meat was cooked very well but it was more of a fusion Thai food rather than authentic Thai. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. The outside seating was perfect for the day!
