The Landing Rooftop at Hotel Melby Downtown Melbourne, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

The interior space is rich and bold with charming appeal. The exterior terrace and lounge area offer sweeping views of the Indialantic River and the Atlantic Ocean. The featured art pieces highlight Downtown Melbourne's local artists and talent.

Parking information: Guests are offered complimentary valet parking for up to 3 hours at the hotel, self-parking on the street side, or at Downtown Melbourne's Parking Garage located diagonally across from the hotel. Cameras monitor the garage at all times.

Please note, that outdoor seating is not guaranteed. We will try to accommodate your request as best we can. We look forward to hosting you at The Landing Rooftop!

    On Saturday after Valentine’s Day they still were using the “special menu” with much less options then we saw at the website. Multiple people gave up to have a dinner after get there and know was a different menu. A bunch of young people was close to us talking very loud, was not a very good experience.

    The food was mediocre, but the prices were gourmet. There are better quality options available in the area at a more reasonable price point, especially for seafood. I was disappointed in the overall quality of the food, and my wife abandoned her greasy meal halfway through. Service was painstakingly slow and negligent, even though the restaurant seemed to be at least half empty. Dessert was brought without any utensils, and flagging down a waiter was a nearly impossible task. The only highlight was the very appetizing drink that I ordered. Unless you are coming here to order from the bar, your money is better spent elsewhere.

    We had a great time! Would have been all 5 stars except for a strange welcoming experience when we checked in for our reservation (they tried to seat us way around the back in the dark next to a huge party that was crowded around the railing and when we asked for a different table they never returned, so we just sat ourselves at another empty one). After that blip, great service, great food, and a beautiful venue. We will definitely return!

    James, our server was very good. He pleasantly answered all of our questions about our selections. Outside seating is always a bonus for us in early February!

    It was a so-so experience/so-so food. The host had her hand on her chin as we walked in, which wasn't a great way to start our rooftop experience. We were walked to a dirty table. Once we sat, they cleaned the table, yet I had to find someone and ask for our table to be recleaned since it was sticky. We were a party of 6, and I chose the unlimited brunch. The plastic flute had lip stains. I had to walk to the bar and ask for a new one. The second flute had water spots, but there were no lip stains. The food was basic brunch: eggs, potatoes, etc. Would we go again? No, which is a shame.

    My friends and I came here for dinner on a Saturday night. I was pleased to find that valet was complimentary and went straight to the restaurant. I waited for a few minutes before I was greeted and shortly afterwards was seated indoors. Our server, Arlo, was such a vibe - attentive and friendly in all of our interactions. During dinner, the manager and/or owner (didn’t catch his name) stopped by to greet and welcome us in. He gave a personal touch to our experience asking for feedback and instructing us to let him know if we needed anything. As for my meal, I had the shrimp and grits, which were delicious. I’ve been to The Landing maybe once or twice prior to this outing but will say this has been my most impressive visit and would consider it more often.

    The yogurt always delicious. The chicken and waffles was overpriced for they are asking for and 3 little pieces of chicken is crazy. But it was good at least
