The food was very good however the service was not. There were only a few patrons at the bar in the restaurant. We ordered a pizza and we waited quite sometime. I saw a server come out of the kitchen with a pizza go the the hostess table then go back in the kitchen. Another server came out talked to the waitress and went back in the kitchen. He came out a few minutes later with a pizza box and took it to the room behind the bar. Our waitress came over and said it would be out shortly. We continued to wait. About 10 minutes later she goes in to the kitchen the comes out and goes to the room behind the bar a brings the pizza box out with our pizza. I told her we wanted a fresh pizza. This was about 40 minutes after we ordered. I spoke with a manager and he apologized and said the pizza would be out shortly. By the time the fresh pizza came out we had waited an hour. I expected a break on my bill for the convenience. There was none. Spoke with the manager again and he said he would give me 20% off. I thought that was unreasonable. He eventually gave me the 10% veterans discount and $10 off. To be honest for all the aggravation it should have been comped. I have always had good experiences at this restaurant so I would go back again, just hope the service is better.

Severely understaffed for a night with an event. Took forever to order, get our bill, etc. and we were sat right across from the door by the sportsbook, so there’s a huge gush of wind every time the doors open. And should mention, we had a reservation.

First off, our server, Dejah, was extremely pleasant and attentive. Made everything very comfortable. French onion soup and burger were very flavorful and cooked as requested. Beer selection is great and entire vibe is fun.

First time for us, Prime Rib was very good and Prime Rib Sandwich was excellent. Really good menu, atmosphere and service. Definitely going back! Plus, after dinner won $200 on roulette which more than covered my dinner and then saw Marshall Tucker at xCite. Perfect evening! Mike G
