    We had a lovely meal for two, the service was very efficient although a little too ‘’cold’ , and sadly our dessert didn’t arrive even after 30 minutes of waiting. We had to leave however so they kindly took it off the bill.

    We ate at The Linny twice whilst on holiday in the same village. We had seen mixed reviews but we had two very pleasant meals. Staff was very efficient and helpful, the food was good and the atmosphere was great (no background music). It is not the cheapest but it is not that expensive either. A good selection of beers and wines, including a range of wine by the glass at reasonable prices. The roast on Sunday was excellent and good value. I would definitely go again.
