インディアナ州で唯一のオーガニック農場レストラン！ランチとディナーに加え、日曜日は受賞歴のあるブランチも提供しています。自家製の受賞歴のあるチーズ、ヨーグルト、アイスクリームのほか、自社の完全牧草飼育の牛肉、放牧豚＆鶏、地元の生産者や職人から調達した食材、自家菜園で手摘みしたハーブや野菜を使った料理を提供しています。毎週金曜日の夜は、生演奏を聞きながらディナーを楽しめます。農場を見渡せる個室The Roostは、ブラベートなイベントなどに利用できます。 6月～8月の金曜日の夜は、生演奏を聞きながら屋外のディナーをデッキ*で楽しめ、オーガニックガーデンのそばの庭園の芝生やデッキでファーマーズマーケットが開催されます。 *The Loft Restaurantでは、デッキの屋外席でのディナーの予約は受け付けていません。店内席の予約は常時受け付けています。

Excellent as always. The brunch beverage and food choices are varied enough to please anyone. Service was also excellent. Their cold brew coffee is always a hit!

By far mine and my wife’s favorite restaurant. From the waiters/waitresses, management, and the workers in the farm store, everyone is incredibly kind, and we’ve never had a bad meal - always a memorable experience. Love this place.

Our party ordered the burger, the fillet mignon, the fish, and the lamb parpadell. Each entree was delicious. We also shared the Brussels sprouts and the cheese and meat board. Again, delicious. Finished the evening with ice cream and a black cow. We enjoyed our evening and will definitely return.

Our lunch was good just nothing special for what they charge. My grain bowl with chicken was tasty but not very interesting.
