The Log Cabin is an upscale restaurant specializing in fine farm-to-table cuisine, specialty cocktails and wines. The historic structure dates back more than 100 years and was once used as a Speakeasy before opening officially as a restaurant in 1933, after the Repeal of Prohibition. Since then, the Log Cabin has become a Lancaster County tradition, playing host to countless birthdays, anniversaries, business events and celebrations of all kinds.

    Join us in the Piano Lounge 6:00pm to 9:30pm every Friday & Saturday night for live music from some of Lancaster County’s best musicians! Enjoy a drink, dessert or small-plate while listening to a mix of Blues, Jazz and American Classics. Walk-ins are welcome! And guests with dinner reservations should feel free to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the music. No cover charge. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    The Log Cabin Restaurant is a dining experience. A culinary delight that I'd recommend to all. Amazing food and service, the wait staff was terrific. The cocktails are amazing also. Very warm, cozy atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night, there was a piano player and a singer in the lounge we really enjoyed. Can't wait to return

    It was a good dining experience, but high cost. We plan to go back again when they don't have the extra markup for Valentine's Day. The venue is unique and filled with interesting paintings and 19th and early 20th century design and fixtures.

    We were told to be seated in the waiting area and we would be seated shortly. After waiting almost 30 minutes I went to check on our reservation. No one registered us as being there. We were seated immediately but not in the main dining room with the fireplace as we should have been. We did get a complimentary glass of wine for the inconvenience. The meal we had was delicious but when the bill came we were charged $30 for adding mushrooms to our meal. When I asked about it, I was told that was the correct price. One would think if you are paying $250 a couple for dinner, mushrooms would be included with the dinner. We were disappointed with that. I will say the waitress we had was outstanding!

    Server was very good. Meals were mediocre and it took almost two hours to be served after ordering.

    This was our first visit, but definitely will not be our last. The ambiance was perfect and the food was delicious! Spent a few minutes talking with the owner and you could just see the passion he has for his establishment!

    Such incredible consistency at this amazing restaurant. From the moment we pull into the parking lot I find myself sighing…..I know what’s to come….a wonderful evening. The ambiance is so relaxing, the service is calm and friendly, and the food…..oh lordy the food….unbelievable!! The quality of meat, the way everything is cooked to perfection, the presentation, the flavor….all amazing. The Log Cabin has been pure perfection for sooo many years….this is our go to place for all special occasions.
