The Log Cabin is an upscale restaurant specializing in fine farm-to-table cuisine, specialty cocktails and wines. The historic structure dates back more than 100 years and was once used as a Speakeasy before opening officially as a restaurant in 1933, after the Repeal of Prohibition. Since then, the Log Cabin has become a Lancaster County tradition, playing host to countless birthdays, anniversaries, business events and celebrations of all kinds.

For groups of 8 or more people, please contact the restaurant to discuss personalized seating and menu options.

    Looking for new wines to try in the New Year?  At 6pm on Wednesday, January 8th, The Log Cabin's new full-time sommelier, Kristie Grey, will lead a tasting focused on emerging wine regions.  We hope you'll join us to meet Kristie and find a new favorite wine! Going forward, we plan to host just one Wine Tasting from 6-8pm on the 1st Monday of each month.  The $45 ticket price includes the flight of 5 wines plus a plate of crackers & dried fruits.  Guests may order additional food items a la carte from our Tasting Menu. If you have any questions or want to connect with Kristie before the tasting, please email wine@logcabin1933.com.  Seating is limited and must be booked directly on OpenTable > Experiences.

    Join us in the Piano Lounge 6:00pm to 9:30pm every Friday & Saturday night for live music from some of Lancaster County’s best musicians! Enjoy a drink, dessert or small-plate while listening to a mix of Blues, Jazz and American Classics. Walk-ins are welcome! And guests with dinner reservations should feel free to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the music. No cover charge. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Entrees were excellent. Atmosphere was great. My only complaint is that they charge for bread. I think that is cheesy. As a matter of fact, I was going to get 2 gift cards, but changed my mind because I didn't want the recipients to have to pay for bread. We know salads are now a la carte, but to charge for bread is ridiculous.

    We had a very good experience overall! The calamari, seafood pasta entrée, blackened salmon entrée and truffle fries were outstanding. The lamb chops would have been better if they were double cut. Our server was attentive and friendly. The noise level was slightly higher than expected and the wait time on delivery of appetizers and entrées was a bit slow but the restaurant was very busy because they were hosting 3 Christmas party groups. We plan to dine there again in the future.

    This was our first visit and it was amazing. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back.

    Amazing dinner as usual. Excellent French onion soup, the lobster-cargo was amazing. Great NY strip steak and filet mignon both perfectly cooked to our liking! Excellent mashed potatoes as well!

    We had such a great time at The Log Cabin. The food was really tasty, the drinks hit the spot, and the staff was all delightful. We had the privilege of being there on a night Adam Blessing was playing music, and he was phenomenally talented and entertaining! A tip: Take the tour and get the peanut butter bomb.

    Noise level high only because several holiday parties! We had Tina several times while dining. She’s very attentive to not making us feel rushed! We will ask for her next time!

    We attended the Prohibition Repeal party. It was great. What a great restaurant. Wonderful service, nice band for dancing and great service. We can’t wait to return. Oh, and the food was awesome!
