The Old Bank Liverpool is a gorgeous restaurant inside an old bank in Liverpool. To be specific, it’s a British restaurant serving good pub-style food inside the former National Bank building on James Street, right in the heart of the city just steps away from Liverpool’s James Street station. The building, built around 1920, is nail-bitingly beautiful both inside and out and The Old Bank features a main island bar, dining booths set over two floors and a second mezzanine bar serving cocktails and craft ales. As city centre pub restaurants go, you can’t get much better than The Old Bank Liverpool, regardless of the occasion. Unsurprisingly, it’s popular, so do reserve a table in advance.
