The Omakase Room at Sushi-san is a culmination of Master Sushi Chefs Kaze Chan and Shigeru Kitano’s combined experience defining the Chicago sushi scene. While the menu and service are informed by tradition, guests can expect a transcendent experience that breaks down the formality and austerity usually accompanying omakase dining. Each dinner in the warm, modern, and intimate ten-seat space features luxury ingredients from around the world. Sophisticated and carefully curated beverage pairings are available to complement the meal.
Our menu price is $250 per person, with a $100 deposit due at booking. A 20% service fee is added to all checks.
Each omakase includes 18 courses prepared and presented by our master sushi chefs. In addition to the omakase dinner, we offer optional sake, wine, and spirit-free pairings to accompany your experience. The Omakase Room at Sushi-san is also proud to offer over 100 Japanese whiskies, including rare, limited, and celebrated editions.
Gluten-free diners can be accommodated. We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.
Seatings are at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
