Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Jon Butler reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the resort being Adults Only 21+, no one under 21 is allowed at the restaurant.

    The Pantry hosts a family-style Fried Chicken Dinner twice a month, on Thursdays. The family dinner is a one- time seating at 6:30pm with only 40 seats per night. Each guest will have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Jon Butler's take on a traditional fried chicken meal with all the accompaniments. Enjoy dinner outside under the stars where guests will be part of a one-of-a-kind “family-style” dining experience. Reservations can be made through Open Table, or by calling the hotel directly. For any questions, please reach out to the front desk. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. $65 does not include tax and gratuity

                                  Great place to enjoy a Sunday "brunch". Food is consistently great with good service, especially with Ethan! Wonderful Bloody Marys - definitely a place to go back too.

                                  A great spot for dinner—cozy and warm even on a cold night. The cocktails and food were great, and the people at HH were very welcoming.

                                  This is a beautiful and comfortable restaurant with great character and atmosphere. The food is delicious. Lexi and Israel are delightful servers and add to the charm of the dining experience. My guest and I enjoyed every moment.

                                  Our reservation was for lunch and they said that they ran out of regular coffee! What kind of restaurant runs out of coffee at noon time??? The server never asked us if we wanted a refill for my iced tea or my friend's tea and he was even late bringing the sugar. The food was overcooked! The poached egg was already soft boiled when it arrived at the table and my chicken on top of the waffle was severely overcooked and dry! It was pretty to sit out side but cannot overcome the horrible food! UGH!

                                  Delicious brunch menu. Chicken & Waffles was a Korean style fried chicken and SO FLAVORFUL; waffle was light and airy. The BLT Eggs Benedict was so good, better flavor profile than any EB I’ve ever had. Blueberry ricotta pancakes were divine. We shared the poached egg either caviar and it was a perfectly tasty appetizer for the dishes that followed. Staff was attentive. Music was good. The Pantry setting is so pretty.
