Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Jon Butler reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale.

Due to the resort being Adults Only 21+, no one under 21 is allowed at the restaurant.

    The Pantry hosts a family-style Fried Chicken Dinner twice a month, on Thursdays. The family dinner is a one- time seating at 6:30pm with only 40 seats per night. Each guest will have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Jon Butler's take on a traditional fried chicken meal with all the accompaniments. Enjoy dinner outside under the stars where guests will be part of a one-of-a-kind “family-style” dining experience. Reservations can be made through Open Table, or by calling the hotel directly. For any questions, please reach out to the front desk. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. $65 does not include tax and gratuity

                                  A gem in downtown Palm Springs, quiet ambiance. Great, admirable, lovely setting. Does not feel crowded, loud or noisy! Great setting overall, food was delicious. They are overwhelmed but wish they could of introduced some dishes to us or at least tell us what they are known for.

                                  We had a lovely lunch. The setting was great and cozy. The grilled artichokes were good and my friend enjoyed the grain bowl with chicken. Staff was friendly and attentive. Thanks so much!

                                  Really enjoyed the grilled artichoke - the dipping butter had a nice nutty flavor. Could have used some kind of bread with the chicken salad. Ambience is very pleasant.

                                  Food was very good! The service was very slow and lacked any friendliness. It took forever to get our drinks and no one came back to check on us after our meal came. They clearly did not have enough staff.
