The Pavilion Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday, and features lovely views to The Calliope Vineyard, across the vast expanse of lawn. When the weather is fine, we open the French Doors & pull up the patio blinds, creating an alfresco dining experience. When it’s not so nice, we seat you in the inner restaurant, featuring plenty of natural light and glimpses of the vineyard and garden.
Our menu prepared by Head Chef Drew Buntine, features fresh, local produce, perfectly matched to the extensive range of Buller Wines from our wine list. Our entrées are perfect for sharing and Drew's Grass Fed, Eye Fillet Steak, with a Balladeer Jus is a winner with steak lovers. For guests who enjoy to finish their meal on a sweet note, our Sticky Muscat Pudding with Muscat Sauce is perfect with a glass of muscat.
