Fun place to come and experience! Definitely a must visit for anyone into the Harry Potter/Hogwarts world. Didn’t try the food as we were there for the cocktails. The drink presentation was fun for the first few drinks there was a fun display and scripted delivery that was unique to each drink. Cocktail flavour profile was okay…. We had a few great ones but the majority were would not order agains… top choices were the Toads Tonic, Wizards Chess and Christmas Cocaine. Seating was fun and relaxing, it was quiet when we came in (maybe 3 other tables) and our table was never cleared/bussed as drinks were finished throughout the night a few times our drinks were forgotten. The restaurant had a lovely ambiance, perfectly capturing the Christmas spirit. However, the experience was marred by disorganization. Despite having a reservation, we waited too long to be seated though we were checked on multiple times before finally being accommodated. The space felt cramped, and the focus seemed to be more on the spectacle than on ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for customers. We didn’t get greeted for almost 10 minutes. When we did get our table we didn’t have anyone come over for 30 minutes we weren’t offered water or anything. We asked about 3 times for water and finally got it. The service wasn’t the best nor was the food. We got stale nachos which was disappointing. Drinks are so overpriced. Came for the Christmas cocktails and it did not disappoint. Can’t get any more Xmassy than that! Drinks are lil pricey but worth the wait and experience! 🥰 the decor is outstanding! No Kids on Weekends - Only during the week! Overall experience could've been better, but it could have been worse. We booked this restaurant based on recommendations from a friend. I booked through OpenTable, as this was the only way I knew I could. I was super excited, and knew my daughter and her friend would also be excited. Eat early and get out before the night crowd. We've been to our local pub, which lets kids but need to leave at 8pm. I didn't think much of the age restriction they had. It was near downtown, which I hate driving, I wanted to get out before night fall, and traffic. Based on a few Instagram photos I saw, there were kids that have been there, and as I figured that it was more adult orientated later in the evening, I booked the earliest we could at 5pm. When we arrived, the hostess said they don't accept kids on the weekends at all. My heart sank, the girls were so excited once they figured out where we were going. The hostess was super friendly and kind to let us in, but only for drink and an appetizer. Which, ok, fine, I can feed the girls something then take them out somewhere else to get food. We had the butterbeer (non-alcohol) and the girls had two different orders of nachos. Friends who came had the chicken fingers and fries. The butter beer was good, very sweet apple cinnamon flavor to it. The chicken fingers were standard, good and the fries had some flavor and were good. Inside was very magically decorated. Lots to look at and explore. The hostess did tell us that the no minor rules were on the Instagram page and that they were going to create a website and make a note on there. I mentioned that they should make a note on this app as well. We might try again to come during the weekday, but it's really hard to do. Especially when you don't leave close by.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
