The Pump House（ザ・パンプ・ハウス）は、複数階あるリバーフロントのレストランで、美しいカタウバ川の景色を望む2つのバー（内1つは屋上バー）を提供しています。新しいリバーウォークの開発地に位置するPump Houseは、カジュアルながらもエレガントな雰囲気が漂う高級グルメレストランです。かつて酢酸塩プラントで使われていた実際のポンプ所を再利用し、南部風のグルメ料理、厳選されたワインメニュー、クラフトカクテルを楽しめるユニークなレストランを作り上げました。ご来店をお待ちしています！

    All six of us enjoyed our Easter meal at the Pump House. We had a beautiful view of the river and the noise level was good - we could all talk together. There was no feeling of being rushed with our three-courses. The servers helping our waiter Noah delivered the wrong dish to a few of us; maybe a learning opportunity. But the overall service especially from Noah was excellent. We will definitely come back. We had a really wonderful Easter experience.

    The day as beautiful and loved sitting outside and watching the River. The hostess was accommodating and the waitress, London, was excellent.

    Took part in the Easter brunch April 2025. The food was excellent. Our waiter Curtis when above and beyond. My wife and I had an overall excellent experience and would highly recommend the Pump House!!

    Lovely patio dining with cinnamon rolls before the prix fixe Easter brunch. Delicious beautifully presented food. Chloe our server was great and we enjoyed the view on the river. Recommend the carrot ginger soup and french toast for vegetarians.

    Thought it would be cool to eat overlooking the lake. Service was a little to start but Parker did a great job trying to make everything good. Kitchen was off today as the brunch muffins got burned (we never got the next batch), tomato soup was lukewarm (did get replaced and it was warmer), salmon had skin on, shrimp were quite small as an add on to a salad. Food was tasty however. Spoke with Mgr. about our concerns and he adjusted the bill.

    Wonderful experience from the service (Curtis), ambiance (patio), and cuisine. Curtis was so in tune with the wines and meals. He practically knew just what we wanted before we even ordered. We pretty much closed the place down due to our late reservations and never felt rushed to leave. We’ll be back!!!
