Terrace Restaurantはオカナガン湖を背景にした屋外にあり、ピノ・ノワールやシャルドネの畑を見渡せます。当店のナチュラルなワインと地元産の持続可能な旬の食材を使った料理のマリアージュを楽しめます。食材のほとんどがエステートのバリエタルガーデンで自家栽培、または提携の地元農家から届いたもので、地域の特長の世界クラスのワイン、ボリュームのある料理とともに最高のダイニング体験をお届けします。 地元の提携農家から届く新鮮な食材を使っている、その時々でメニューは異なります。ブドウ畑における当社の信念に通じる、地元の生産者やオーガニックファーム、バンクーバー水族館のオーシャンワイズプログラムなどの持続可能なバイオダイナミック農法を推進しています。養蜂しているミツバチがエステートガーデンの維持を助けると同時に、当店の料理に使うワイルドフラワーのハチミツも提供してくれます。

    The 3 course meal with wine pairings were delicious, enjoyable and affordable. Highly recommend this world class restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative about the food and wine pairing.

    We highly recommend Mission Hill. Be prepared to take a lot of photos too as the facility is gorgeous. Katie (sp?) and Joe took care of us, they were exceptional. We did not have dinner, we had lounge menu and wine, it was delicious to say the least. Fabulous experience.

    Overall, our experience was great, and we look forward to our next visit. The appetizer and main dish with wine pairings were excellent choices, but we did find the dessert wine with the dessert to be too sweet.

    My daughter is vegan & has food allergies and we were surprised & disappointed that the chef was not able to come up with anything but a small salad for her. My son did not enjoy his set lunch and although I did enjoy my bites of perogees & scallops, as a group, we came away sad that we had chosen to go the restaurant for lunch. The service was slow with the waiter forgetting who had ordered what & with very significant time lapses between courses. 2.5 hours for starters & a dessert.
