    The quality of the food was not up to the standard of a Ritz Carleton property. Risotto was dry and not soft. Beef Wellington was soggy. Beef tartare was pretty good but the quail egg was hard boiled which was odd. Wasn’t worth the $500 price tag.

    We went for the Valentine’s dinner and had a mostly great experience. The service and atmosphere were excellent. The food was good, but I wasn’t necessarily impressed based on the price. I imagine they have to raise the price on the pre booked experiences to not be overbooked. They also must have changed one item on the menu from what I saw on the open table booking, which was a bit disappointing because I wasn’t looking forward to scallops. I did have an awesome dessert, but unfortunately the center was still a bit frozen, though my wife’s wasn’t frozen. I’m sure they would have gotten me a new one, but I was too full to ask.

    It was a busy day at the Rirz but we settled into our regular table with ease and quickly put in our order with Alexis who confidentially handled our table of 4 along with a party of 20 with professional aplomb.The homemade pasta was delicious as always especially when accompanied by by an order of eggs scrambled with chives and jalapeños. A side of grilled asparagus completed a delightful meal The Ritz is developing a sizable lunch crowd so reservations are in order

    We experienced the first day of a new menu offering breakfast and lunch options. The shrimp & grits, and hamburger were excellent choices and the service is always excellent!

    Group of 5 of us, ordered 3-2 of which were over cooked (asked for mid rare) one came out medium and another well done. Also had two orders of cacio e pepe-no pepper insight, just looked like cheesy noodles. Servers kept trying to take away our unfinished appetizer plates. The server did take the well-done steak from the bill. Wine prices were steep. Overall, we were disappointed.

    Sunday Brunch with friends at the Ritz. Our weekly repast is always such fun in the picturesque Knife restaurant.Of course we are blessed with our regular accomplished server, the awesome Alexis! We started with the delicious kitchen made croissants, flakey and buttery in the French style. An order of eggs scrambled with chives and jalapeños came next along with a side of grilled asparagus. The finishing touch was the kitchen made pasta sprinkled to our taste with red pepper flakes. All in all everything was perfect.

    Mediocre at best. Overpriced with a menu that left much to be desired. Food was bland, under and over cooked, and needed more salt than was appropriate. When the best part of the meal is the bread basket, you've got problems. This installment of the Knife series is relying on a brand name that this location is tarnishing.

    Wonderful lunch with friends at the Ritz. We had special attention from our diligent server, Alexis,and the kitchen culinary staff. All the dishes were carefully prepared to our liking and expertly presented. What a superb venue to meet friends!

    From the valet to dessert, it was all very good. Each table has a nice view as there is a wall of windows. Shrimp and meatball appetizers were great. Lobster Agnoloti was wonderful. Mushroom risotto, veal chop, venison and filet all cooked well and tasty. We tried the limoncello dessert and flourless chocolate cake. Small enough to not be too much. Do try one! Oh and the cocktails! Take the waiter’s advice, you cannot go wrong.
