Fabricated in the style of a Brebis d"Argenteuil this ewe milk cheese has personality. Carbuncle and crusty exterior with a buttery interior that speaks to the milk. We call it Conundrum because it is both a washed and bloomy rind. Made with 100% sheep milk - nature + love
