Beat burger my fiancé ever had. I also had lamb chops and a salad. Service and ambiance were fabulous. Will definitely be back.

It was our first time at Union since the Palm Court was closed. I the ambiance was very nice and the porter house was top notch. Nick the GM was very welcoming. We will be back.

From the moment we walked in and met Nico the manager, I knew this would be a great experience. He was personable and seated us at a great table in the wine room. Our server Bridgette was very friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of her game. Food was a “10” as the 4 of us had a mix of hot entrees and sushi, which was very fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be eating there again soon.

We celebrated a birthday dinner at The Union. The sushi was excellent and so was the filet mignon. Service was outstanding and we liked the decor / ambiance. We felt prices were comparable to other high end restaurants on Long Island and felt they were worth the experience. We highly recommend it and will go back.

The sushi is as fresh as if it came straight from the sea, and the menu is perfectly curated, offering something for everyone—including the little ones. Every dish we’ve tried has been nothing short of delicious, and the drinks are equally impressive. What truly sets The Union apart is its exceptional service, on par with a Michelin-star experience. From the moment we walk in, we are always greeted with warmth and professionalism. It’s clear that Manager Nick is a seasoned industry veteran who knows how to create a top-tier dining experience. His hospitality and attention to detail ensure that every guest feels welcome.

We love everything about The Union: the food, the service, the ambience. Plus, the General Manager, Nick, is a true gem. He greets everyone with a smile, makes sure you are happy…you just feel at home!
