    Staff just needs a little more training, she didn’t know the menu very well. We had to call staff over and ask to order drinks.

    I thoroughly recommend the Roast Dinner at Bells on Sunday.It was more than I expected with a beautiful assortment of different entrees that was delicious . Followed by our main meal of duck accompanied with crispy potatoes, cabbage in creamy sauce and fresh green salad. The dessert of icecream with icing sugar and carmelised orange completed the very satisfying umami meal

    Chef’s tasting menu was delicious and fun with wonderful flavours and texture and taste and visual appeal - zucchini flowers, brioche with caviar and creme fraiche, gnocchi with mushrooms, tender juicy steak with asparagus and chocolate mousse were some of my favourites. Excellent service!!

    Lovely lunch however wine took a long time to come to the table. Half way through main by the time it arrived and we had to ask. Overhead 2 nearby tables also asking for their wine.
