Three Sheets is an award-winning cocktail bar that opened in Dalston in 2016. We specialise in cocktails, focusing on simple, elegant serves that put the customer first. The menu changes regularly and with the seasons. Voted as the UK’s best bar at the Class Awards 2019, with Max taking home Best Bartender, and has been listed on the World's 50 Best Bars list for three years running. Our new site expands on this legacy, offering both a restaurant and bar, where guests can enjoy a full dining experience alongside our signature cocktails.

    Overall disappointed with our experience due to the absolute requirement to order food while enjoying drinks - negating somewhat the point of pre-dinner cocktails. I understand that this is due to the licensing restrictions imposed by the council, but this begs the question then of why not apply for the correct drinks-only license? I would expect given the premium paid for drinks that some form of discount of inclusion of food alongside drinks orders would satisfy not only this requirement, but also help leave the customer not feel like they have been 'nickel and dimed'. Unfortunately, despite the quality of the drinks until the above is resolved I would not recommend the bar.

    I am (was?) a big fan of their East Lnd branch. However, this location was busy, needed reservation and staff were overall slow and distracted (were they all mixologists?!). Anyhow, more importantly, drinks were substandard: very sweet (2 out of 6 felt like juice..) and low/ no complexity. Very disappointing for 15£ cocktails and compared to drinks i’ve had in their other branch. Pls do better :(

    Great service, everyone was super friendly and attentive. Tried 4 of the cocktails on the menu and all were great - especially the paloma. Lobster roll was the perfect bite alongside it!
