Three Sips Brewing is a brand new Meadery/Cidery based in Geneva OH (Less than 10 minutes from the strip at Geneva-on-the-Lake). Our brewery is on an active farm where you will get to see all kinds of friendly Geese/Ducks/Chickens/etc.

Once you step into the brewery (which is our production facility) you will see our wall of test Meads & Ciders, our facility is very small, we can only seat up to six people for each tasting we host, so it is a very private event held with our head brewer Dan Zikursh.

At our tastings we will serve an assortment of snacks (Cheese/Crackers/Cured Meats/Fresh Veggies/etc. to pair with the various drinks you will try, we will have snacks to accommodate vegetarian and gluten free diets, contact us if you have special dietary needs.

You will not soon forget this tasting as we tell stories while we serve our unique drinks including ones that are still in process, some that we are experimenting with, spicy ones, etc.!

    Spend two hours with our Head Brewer Dan Zikursh as we taste our way through 5-7 different Meads & Ciders in a very intimate setting (Maximum of 6 people per event!). Enjoy tasting the weird as we go from our standard Semi-Sweet Blueberry mead to a tart crab apple cider we call “Super Crabby”, taste brews that are still actively fermenting and if you are brave enough, try one of our epic crazy spicy/smoky meads! You won’t soon forget this experience, between the unique tastes, the stories and the character brought by Dan!

    The cider and mead tasting was fun and informative! Tasted some great locally sourced products while being educated on how each was made. Our host really made the evening special!!

    I was absolutely enchanted by the atmosphere, ambiance and the folks were so welcoming and knowledgable. I have been recommending this establishment to all my family and friends. Definitely a place I will frequent in the future. Perfect experience!

    Marcus and Zick have outdone themselves with the quality of their mead. It’s delicious! The food that we had was amazing and there was a lot of it! They had several fires going with mead tasting and other visitors to talk to and enjoy the evening. Can’t wait to go back!

    Wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful country setting. Knowledgeable hosts. The cider Meade was very unique. Loved the pumpkin pie cider. Highly recommend. I will be back.

    A fun experience tailored to this intentionally small group. They went out of their way to provide premium gluten free crackers along with delicious cheeses and meats. I am so glad we got this experience!

    Fun little mead brewery to go and visit. Its not like a traditional Brewery or Winery but more like visiting somebody's private farm. Sit around the fire, relax, chat and drink mead. Good times. Definitely a unique experience.

    Three Sips Brewing is a creative meadery in a rustic, rural setting. They follow ancient traditions with modern awareness of chemistry to make unusual, flawless meads. Spending an evening here is delightful.

    We went for a private tasting and was AMAZING! Everyone was super knowledgeable and loved giving advice and helpful information about brewing mead. They were very inviting! HIGHLY recommend going and tasting the fantastic mead!
