    Join us for our 5-course prix fixe chef's tasting menu! This menu celebrates local ingredients and Chef Angelo's most popular dishes at Tia Carmen. A wine pairing is available to enhance the dining experience. We also offer a vegetarian prix fixe menu upon request. The tasting menu is served per person and cannot be shared. All guests of the party are asked to participate. See you soon!

Come experience our New Year's Eve menu, curated by Chef Angelo. The experience features a unique, 6-course off menu line up of some of Angelo's most creative dishes. Vegetarian option available upon request.

                Unusual menu with some flavorful, tasty mole. The Romaine Salad was ample for 2. The striped bass was wonderful. The service friendly and helpful.

                Absolutely beautiful setting both inside and out. Exceptional service app around. Food was a little underwhelming but everything else more than made up for it. Overall excellent!

                Sat inside because it was cold. The inside restaurant is incredibly loud. Would not sit inside again. The food was fair. The fried plantains were terrible and we sent them back. Their fried rice is very good and would get that again. The taco tostada was a mixed bag. Too many greens on top. The spicy peppers were overbearing. The meat and other vegetables were yummy. Service was outstanding. Had a great waiter. Also, there is no convenient on site self parking. We used the valet but even with validation, parking was over $20. So if you’re not staying at the hotel there are better options. If you are staying at the hotel try to get an outside table.

                The waiter was horrible, the lighting was way too bright, and the chairs were uncomfortable. The food was only slightly better than that.

                We had a magical NYE dinner at Tia Carmen. Their six course tasting menu was to die for, the ambiance was stunning, and the service was friendly and impeccable. Highly recommend and would definitely go back for a special occasion or romantic date!

                We had Christmas dinner with friends (total of 8). Am a local but have never been to the restaurant. Everyone had something different and all were very happy with their meals. We also shared several side dishes. Service was excellent, not hovering but attentive. Will definitely be going again.

                Ordered wine and enjoyed the selection. The entrees were trout and the signature chicken dish. Both were very good and flavorful. Also had a dessert which was fine. Jessica was excellent as our server. We had been at Tia Carmen two years ago on Christmas and we enjoyed the meal again tonight.
