In the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale, at 15 West Las Olas Boulevard, "TIMBR," is a new modern American dining concept where rustic charm meets contemporary sophistication. This exceptional restaurant boasts two unique dining rooms: The Parc Dining Room, adorned with trees creating a modern and natural ambiance, and The Atrium, ensconced with flowers and a glass pyramid atop the 33' ceiling. Upstairs is The Lounge at TIMBR, dark, sensuous, and seductive. Its design is inspired by travel, adventure, and mystery. TIMBR's full menu features a fusion of elevated familiar dishes from Modern American favorites to European classics, steaks, seafood, pastas, pizzas, and even a burger, but done to perfection in our signature, "Vineyard Cuisine" style. It is all complimented by our extensive wine list and distinctive craft cocktail menu elevating every meal.     This place is absolutely incredible. A hotspot in FLL. The food is top tier: steak cooked perfectly with a delicious tongue-coating chimichurri; beef wellington with crispy yet soft pastry, rare filet mignon wrapped in mushroom duxelles that oozes umami. The desserts won the show: strawberry cheesecake mini donuts that brought out the child in me; and a decadent take on s’mores with a rich chocolate base and homemade marshmallows. Decor in each room doesn’t contrast but blends seamlessly. The main dining area tells of wealth and class, velvet couches that absorb you like a cloud and large yet unobtrusive trees; with a fully open kitchen you can hear the roar of confidence and vibe as covers are sent and plates run and the night closes to an end with spirits high. Everyone here is having fun and this is testament to their leaders. Visit Timbr before it gets so busy that you can’t.

    The food, atmosphere and service at Timbr were all top notch! The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. This place is an absolute MUST DO.

    Beyond gorgeous decor and spacious. Each of the 3 large rooms is transporting. The food was exceptional and the presentation was delightful. The female bartender was hilarious and our waiter was very likable. Will be back soon. It’s a must see over the top restaurant.
