In the kitchen, we cook over charcoals on our traditional Parrilla charcoal grill to enhance the flavours of the food. Behind the bar, we focus on freshness: every juice is freshly squeezed daily, and every syrup & cordial is made in-house, creating s truly unique list of margaritas, tequila & mezcal-based cocktails.
