   Our three fillets were very dry and lacked any taste. Raw oysters were the smallest I ever had.

   Wait for food was long and the flavor of the steak was just fair. Did enjoy the atmosphere and wait staff was attentive.

   We really like Top Cut, but found a few things slightly off last night. There were 8 of us celebrating 2 birthdays. One steak had to be sent back because t was closer to medium rare and he ordered medium well. It was also very loud in the restaurant and all I could hear was the base in the music they were playing. was having a difficult time even talking to the people next to me. Finally, it was very hot and stagnant in the restaurant. We were told that the unit would kick on in a few because the sun had just gone down, but it never got better. I had to stop the waiter to tell him some people wanted coffee with dessert. On a positive note, the food was delicious as always. We received 2 slices of birthday carrot cake to share. It was more than enough to share. The drinks were good. There was more than enough food and some even had leftovers to take home. The Hostess was very sweet and helpful. She even took group pictures for us.

   Was disappointed with Top Cut yet again. There were 4 of us dining on Wednesday night. We had a 6:15 reservation. Seated immediately and our server took our order a few minutes later. We ordered 3 appetizers and 4 entrees. The appetizers came fairly quickly, but the entree weren’t served until 7:30. Three people ordered steak. One person said he wanted the steak “medium”. He mentioned it 3x. Well, the steak was rare. He was not happy. They took the steak and brought the same steak back. Both him and my husband said” you don’t heat the same steak”. They offered to remake a steak, but it would take at least 20 minutes or more and the rest of us already ate. This incident happened to us last year too! I don’t understand how the kitchen for a high end steak house can not properly cook steaks to order.

   We had dinner with friends. We were seated by the window. Lovely restaurant, wonderful server. Great service. Food was delicious! Would highly recommend!!

   We started with the U-10 Diver Scallops and the truffled cauliflower puree and brown butter sauce was the best!! Both enjoyed the filets with Sweet & Sour Brussels Sprouts and Creamed Spinach sides. Like usual for Top Cut, it was all terrific!!! First class service but a bit noisy for private conversations.
